Description
To mark variable information on outer corrugated cartons-on-line.Corrugated carton on coming in contact with the print wheel of auto coder ;printwheel rorates(friction driven)and because of the ink roller & interchangeable types fixed on the printwheel ,the impression is transferred on to the corrugated carton (outer pack/transport packs)packs,on-line.Because of the indexing,ensures single marking on individual packs while the pack moves.
Requirement for on-line corrugated carton marking : work table or ideal-roller conveyor or motorized conveyor or carton sealing machine or any corrugated carton conveying method.

MARKING INK : Available in 1 ltr&5 ltr packing
INKING : On stereos through non-messy specially formulated ink rollers are available in black, green & violet.
RE-INKING OF INK ROLLERS : Ink rollers can be charged by immersing the same for 30 minutes inside a lidded container.
MARKING INK COLOUR : Black ,Red ,Green & Violet.
